庭にテーブルと椅子を置くためのコンクリートの床材を探していて、見積もりを依頼し、床材の種類についていくつかアイデアをもらうためにショールームを訪れました。対応は日本語のみでしたが、私の語学力に合わせて辛抱強く対応してくださり、スムーズに話を進めることができました。

I wanted a concrete surface for tables and chairs in my garden and visited their showroom to ask for an estimate and get some ideas for the type of surface. It’s Japanese only, but they were patient with my language level and we managed to move forward with clarity.

I got 2 estimates, one from this company and another from a very experienced and reasonably-priced reform company that has done 2 big jobs for me before.

I was shocked when this company’s estimate was 15% cheaper for the same job, same materials. What had me choose them was the price, and also that they paid a lot of attention to the details. For example, during the initial inspection, Mr. Goto found a buried rain drain that the other company didn’t find, that we could use in laying out the patio’s drainage system. They also made very realistic images of the finished work, and answered my questions and concerns immediately. Finally, with advance payment, they accepted a credit card rather than a bank transfer. I felt comfortable choosing them.

The workers were at my house for a week, and they were great people. They left the area very clean every day, were friendly, and most importantly did excellent work. I know enough about concrete work to know that the 2 people who worked here are highly skilled. I have zero complaints about their work and I love the final product.

Overall, I had a great experience with this company. I would hire them again!
